Drama at Nan’s House

I returned from my midwife visit to hear hilarious laughter coming through the windows of my mother’s house. She had all nine children acting out the story of Tarore, the 12 year old Maori girl who had the little Luke’s gospel. Pa, Old Grandad and I became the audience. A great activity for such a wide age range of children on a winter day.

Susanna is Tarore and David is her father Ngakuku. Tim, Jon and Lily are whanau listening to Tarore read from her Luke's gospel.
