Mike has taken a week of holiday so we headed up to Porter’s Pass with warm clothes and a sled this afternoon. The children had turns going down the mountain on the sled and at other times just went down on knees or bottoms. The big guys and Susanna climbed to the top of the ridge and took photos. Joseph loved climbing too. My main job was to keep small children out of the way of moving sleds and toboggans. A great afternoon. It’s amazing what great places there are in this country where people are free to enjoy without fear of bandits, guerillas, land mines or rubbish.
