2C Quinoa flour
3/4 C Soft Brown Sugar
50ml oil (Olive or coconut)
2 cans of baby food pears (120g cans)
2t gluten-free baking powder
70ml rice milk
Mix up all ingredients in a bowl.
Place in cake tin lined with cooking paper.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 35 mins (340 degrees F).
Add icing (frosting) if desired and dairy-free chocolate chips.
