Bacon and Egg Casserole
Ingredients
5 slices bread roughly broken up
1 large onion, cut up
1 large stalk of celery, sliced finely
800g chopped bacon
12 eggs
3 cups milk
2 cups grated cheese
Procedure
Grease large casserole dish. (I used cooking spray) Spread bread over bottom of dish.
Cook onion and celery in olive oil for 5mins.
Boil bacon in saucepan with water for 10 mins or until cooked. Drain.
Mix veges and bacon together then spread over bread.
Beat eggs and milk then pour over veges and bacon.
Top with cheese.
Cook at 160 degrees Celsius for 55 minutes.
